Originally built in 1964, the project modernized and expanded key amenities while supporting the evolving needs of a high-use, family-oriented club environment.

The work included the construction of a new multi-level parkade topped with rooftop tennis courts, alongside additions for fitness, wellness, dining, and multipurpose spaces. Interior renovations upgraded existing recreational and staff facilities, requiring careful coordination within an active operational environment. The result is a contemporary, highly functional facility that balances recreation, wellness, and community connection while building upon the club’s longstanding presence in Vancouver.
