About the Position:
We are well established medium to large General Contractor and Construction Management Company looking for experienced Carpenters, Carpenter Apprentices, Carpenter Helpers and experienced construction Labourers. Our primary work is multi-family residential and commercial renovations, including building envelope repairs, seismic upgrades and heritage restoration and new construction.
Job sites are in the metro Vancouver and the UBC areas. Every employee is required to have own vehicle/transportation, tool belt, basic tools and basic PPE. We are looking for employees who are dependable, team players, with excellent work ethic and strong communication skills. Attention to detail and a positive work attitude is a must.
To apply please send am up to date resume including a list of your relevant work experience, your education, (i.e. journeyman ticket, apprentice level, equivalent work experience, etc) your hourly wage expectation, references and clearly identify which carpentry/renovations skills you are most comfortable with i.e. finish, framing , formwork, etc.
Full time work Monday – Friday. We offer year around employment as well as an extended health benefit package and Carpenter Apprenticeship Sponsorship. Work available immediately.Must-Haves:
Qualified carpenters must have minimum 5 years’ experience with forming and framing commercial and multi-family residential structures and proven good work ethic.
