The Wilna Thomas Building renewal at Camosun College transformed the former School of Health Sciences facility into a contemporary student hub designed to support collaboration, accessibility, and campus life. Located on the Lansdowne campus, the project reimagined the existing building to better serve the evolving needs of students, faculty, and the broader college community.

The renovation included structural and mechanical upgrades, modernized classrooms, gathering and study spaces, Indigenous learning environments, and flexible collaboration areas designed to encourage connection and innovation. Delivered within an active campus environment, the project required careful coordination and phased construction to minimize disruption while creating a welcoming and highly functional space for daily student life.
