This project involved the phased construction of a new winery and wine tasting facility at Unsworth Vineyards in Mill Bay, British Columbia. Located directly east of the existing winery, the development was carefully planned to allow operations to continue throughout construction.
Phase 1 included the construction of a new winery and tasting facility, enhancing production capabilities and elevating the visitor experience. Once complete, winery operations and staff were relocated into the new building.
Phase 2 involved deconstructing the original winery and tasting room and constructing an addition to the new facility. The completed project delivers an expanded winery campus that supports Unsworth Vineyards' continued growth while enhancing the guest experience and showcasing the surrounding vineyard landscape.
