The New Westminster Aquatic and Community Centre project delivered a modern, multi-use civic facility designed to support recreation, wellness, and community connection for residents of all ages. Replacing the city’s aging aquatic infrastructure, the new facility was designed to accommodate a wide range of recreational, fitness, and community programming within an accessible and highly functional environment.
The project included aquatic amenities, fitness and wellness spaces, community gathering areas, and supporting public facilities, all carefully integrated within a complex urban site. Delivered within an active civic environment, the project required extensive coordination, phased planning, and a strong focus on quality, safety, and long-term performance to meet the evolving needs of the growing community.
