The Pathways Clubhouse affordable housing project in Richmond delivered a new six-storey concrete and wood-frame residential building along the No. 2 Road corridor, providing approximately 59,000 square feet of purpose-built affordable housing. Developed in partnership with the City of Richmond and BC Housing, the project created 80 new homes for individuals, families, and seniors living independently with mental health challenges.

Designed to support both low- and moderate-income households, the building includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, alongside accessible units and shared community amenities that encourage connection, wellness, and long-term stability. Located near transit, parks, healthcare, and community services, the project reflects a strong commitment to inclusive housing and community-centered design while supporting Richmond’s growing need for affordable housing options.
