About This Project

This project was conducted in Phases. The 1st phase was seismically upgrading the 1914 the Red Brick Building. Phase 2 involved partially demolishing the Gymnasium Block, demolishing the remaining two buildings and building new two-story and one-story additions. This allowed the student and teacher population to remain on site and the school to continue to function for the duration of the construction period. There is an existing VSB owned Daycare building adjacent the project site which remained occupied and functional throughout the Construction period.
